It took me only a little bit of time to pick where I would find breakfast. The Toasted Yolk was my choice, and I mainly liked it because there was no big crowd. Plus, I loved the name.
I ordered the Golden Gate, a four-egg omelet stuffed with spinach, sautéed mushrooms, broccoli, tomatoes, and feta cheese. If I had only come for that omelet, I still would have called the trip an experience worth the journey.

Biloxi’s reputation for casinos was my main attraction, so I had planned this trip ahead of time by familiarizing myself with the many local casino options available.
